Clients of Prospect Compounding Pharmacy are welcome to collect their order in-store.

This time frame may be extended due to reasons beyond our control such as freight delays or stock unavailability. If situations such as this occur, we will contact you to advise of the delay.

Prospect Compounding takes no responsibility for delays in delivery caused by shipping carries. We take no responsibility for loss of products or damage to orders that occurs during the shipping process.

Products offered by Prospect Compounding are backed by an evidence base of science, however we cannot offer a guarantee of therapeutic outcome. Products with a fault will be investigated by a pharmacist and exchanged for a new product or a refund given.
